A Bit About Auburn
I'm Clare, founder of Auburn Consultancy.
Created in 2016, a time when the trees were showing off their reds, browns and oranges - all so individual in shape, stature and hue, but together creating one harmonious picture... hence, Auburn!
I'm a BIG strategic thinker with over 20 years’ experience, working with not for profit organisations, SME's, sport’s governing bodies, events and on major re-brand projects.
I can support you to explore, identify, challenge, communicate and navigate towards where you really want to be, in life and business - I LOVE what I do!
As a coach I often work with business owners, people managers and lone leaders who are looking to clarify what they really want and whats stopping them confidently moving forward to where they want to be.
I enable individuals and organisations to communicate and understand themselves and those around them more effectively - increasing wellbeing and performance as a result.
I am passionate about the power of being outdoors and the aspects it brings in increased creativity, solutions thinking and enhanced wellbeing, in life and business.
Put simply, I enable momentum.

communications, marketing and brand.
A Facilitator:
I can create a space for you and your team to think about what's really needed, explore and challenge it, to co-create a clear direction of travel.
A Coach:
I use
evidence-based tactics that produce impactful results. I also offer coaching outdoors, bringing the increased benefits of being in nature, renewed creativity, thinking and wellbeing.
I am Chair of the Board for Abianda, a London based social enterprise, working with young women affected by criminal exploitation and violence and the professionals who support them. Sharing my skills and knowledge along with my fellow Board members to help support and progress the impact of the organisation in the sector.
