As a developmental coach, i'll spend time listening to understand objectives, ask insightful questions to provoke fresh thinking and enable momentum towards accessible solutions.


I take a non-directive approach with a toolkit of evidence based tactics - meaning I work in a blended, not a 'one size fits all' way.


I weave wellbeing throughout as the foundation we need to move forwards from.


I'm passionate about using nature and outdoor spaces in coaching for the benefits it brings in wellbeing, enhanced creativity and solutions thinking.

I weave wellbeing throughout everything I do because people and organisations with wellbeing work well, lead well and (most importantly) live well.

Working with SME's through to global organisations, I can help you to set an agenda of wellbeing awareness, engagement and tactics that enable people to be more self-aware and resilient, with wellbeing in mind and body, so they can perform at their best.


I offer cross organisation support from co-creating wellbeing strategy through to implementation including: Content | Workshops | Webinars | Coaching.


Covering specific themes in wellbeing fundamentals including: sleep, habit forming, motivation, behaviour change, managing energy and recognising burnout.

I offer time outdoors as a part of my coaching for physical and psychological benefit - which is particularly useful for stressed business owners, lone(ly) leaders and overwhelmed middle managers who need both a safe and refreshed thought space.


Helping manage the symptoms of low mood and anxiety in particular and increasing serotonin levels to. 

  • Increase physical wellbeing, bringing benefits such as increased vitamin D for supporting mood and immunity. 
  • Walking in particular brings increased creativity and solutions thinking.
