The Auburn Audit is a specific package, designed to be a highly focussed ‘one hit’ for when you have something specific to get clear on, work out a way forward including some accountability.


  • Perhaps you're a leader who needs a sounding board and some thought space?
  • A manager who wants to feel confident on what’s needed next?
  • A business owner who needs some support in deciding the direction of travel?
  • The session is also useful for those I’ve worked with before, who are looking to check in, keep thinking fresh and stay on track.


What You'll Get


  • Pre Questionnaire to help clarify our focus for the session, so we can identify key themes and get going.
  • 1 x coaching session - online or face to face (can include walking). At least 2hrs duration.
  • Outputs that capture the key themes,  actions and any supportive materials I think will be useful for you.
  • Follow up call to ‘check in’ and hold some accountability, to keep you on track.
